The dishes from our menu were selected in order to show you what Alentejo has best. Alentejo has a long tradition in food. In our menu, we kept traditions by keeping the ingredients but we tried to innovate by adding new techniques of confection and plating that add to the dishes. We tried to give them a touch of contemporaneity and modernity. Some of our picks are Sopa de Cação, Migas de Espargos com Carne de Porco d’Alguidar or Tentáculos de Polvo.

Regarding our cuisine, we can say its roots are the traditional portuguese cuisine although we usually give it a twist of modernity by using new methods of confection and plating that add to the dishes.
In our menu, we have diversity within the main dishes. If you’d like meat, we recommend you to have Migas de Espargos à alentejana or Porco Preto, also typical from Alentejo. If you are a fan of fish, we definitely would recommend you to have codfish or octopus.
In the dessert department, we like to please everybody. Adding regional products to the traditional recipes, we get stunning results. Our cream milk aromatized with pennyroyal is a must as well as the chocolate mousse with macerated figs in acorn liqueur.
Alongside with great food, we keep a great collection of wines. Our region, Alentejo, is specially known in this department, although we have wines from the whole country from north to south. We can advise you according to the meal you’re going to have or your personal tastes. Some of our picks go to Adega de Sta. Vitória and Malhadinha Nova, among others.
We try to have an inclusive kitchen and a varied menu such that all our client requests are met. According to your dietary restrictions or options we have to your disposal several vegan and gluten-free dishes.
